We are proud to provide a brand new state-of-the-art facility for the highest quality dental care available. We are conveniently located at 536 West Boughton Road, between Rt 53 and Weber Rd., just west of Schmidt Rd, in Bolingbrook. Appointments
If you would like to make an appointment, please contact our office by phone or email. Click here to contact us by email. Our office welcomes your communications and emergency calls. Same day appointments are usually available, especially for new patients seeking help, if you contact us early in the day when we are open.
We are open 6 days a week and closed on Sunday and we offer early morning, late afternoon and early evening hours to accomodate your busy schedule.
Our Office Hours are:
Monday - 8 am to 6 pm , closed for lunch from 1 to 2 pm.
Tuesday - 7 am to 5 pm , closed for lunch from 12 to 1 pm.
Wednesday - 8 am to 6 pm, closed for lunch from 1 to 2 pm.
Thursday - 11 am to 7 pm, closed for lunch from 2 to 3 pm.
Alternating Friday and Saturday- 8 am to 1 pm.
Financial
We will be more than happy to submit all insurance forms for you and help you recover the most from your benefits. We accept payments from most insurance plans including PPO's. We will do everything we can to help you afford the treatment you need and want. For patients who require major work, a complete payment plan is designed with an appropriate payment schedule. Forms of payment accepted by the office are check, cash, or any major credit card. Our complete office payment policy can be found in our patient registration forms information section.
Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 24 hours notice. We ask for this advance notice so that we can offer this appointment to another patient. A fee may be charged if a patient does not show up for an appointment without sufficient notice.
